Lizzie Fischer MA
Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
+ Body Image Coach
I help women quiet the constant thoughts about food and their bodies, so they have more space for the people, experiences, and parts of life that matter most.
Let’s clarify:
Healing your relationship with food
is not“giving up on your health.”
It’s learning how to care for your body without shame, punishment or the need to constantly control yourself.
Coaching will teach you how to make decisions from a place of trust instead of fear.
You've spent more than enough time trying to change your body.
Maybe you've been stuck in a cycle of:
starting over every Monday after a weekend of overeating
avoiding shopping because nothing feels good on your body
feeling shameful because you can’t motivate yourself to exercise
canceling plans because you hate how you look
telling yourself life will be easier once you lose the weight
You really did just want to be healthier and feel better in your body.
But at some point, the thoughts became too much.
The constant anxiety and need to control your body is exhausting and time consuming.
It’s stealing your attention from the people, experiences, and parts of your life that matter most.
But it does not have to be this way.
What We Work On In Coaching:
Understand what's happening.
Together, we'll untangle the messages you've absorbed from family, media, and culture about food, your body, and your worth
I'll help you understand how those messages are shaping your life today, so you can stop repeating patterns that no longer serve you.
Learn how to do things differently.
We'll experiment with new ways of nourishing, moving, and caring for your body that feel supportive instead of restrictive.
You'll build the confidence to make decisions from a place of trust and respect for your body—not fear, rules, or guilt.
Build a life bigger
than body thoughts.
As thoughts about food and your body take up less space, you'll have more room for the people and experiences that matter most.
You'll have the capacity to nurture the parts of yourself that have been on the back burner for years—and the energy to be fully present for your life.
What past coaching clients are saying:
“I am finding more ease and having less and less noise in my head around food and body—and that is a gift.".
— Nicole, 35
"I knew that the beautiful and bold life I’d created for myself was not in alignment with the negative beliefs, voices and toxic diet-culture noise playing in my head.
I’m able to see myself with gentler eyes every day. I'm taking risks I'd never have before (I wore the bikini)!
Lizzie’s coaching program exceeded any expectation I had and was so powerful. I wish everyone could experience it”
— Leah
“Before we started working together I had the lowest self-esteem and body image than ever before, struggled with disordered eating, and was forcing myself to workout…
I threw my scale away, I feel stronger, more energetic, and have a completely different (and healthier) mindset about what being healthy looks like.”
— Delaney, 29“I no longer judge myself or compare my body to others. This gave me the support I needed that no one else in my life could understand.".
— Elizabeth
Why I do this work:
I spent years trying to control my body—
thinking that if I could just be thinner,
everything would feel better.
Shocker… it didn’t!
The obsession with thinnes made me more disconnected.
More exhausted. And kept me stuck thinking about my body and food
all the time.
So after my own 5 year healing jounrey, full of trail and error,
I realized that it’s about so much more than food and exercise…
It’s the way you’ve learned to relate to your body and yourself.
The stories you believe about your body, the ways you’ve silenced and ignored your body for years,
the lack of trust between you and your body.
My role, is to help you fully understand why you’re stuck in these patterns, then guide you through the procress of unlearning and rebuilding a relationship with your body and yourself that feels more aligned with what you really want out of life.
The version of your life where this doesn’t feel so all consuming,
and you feel more at peace with your body…
it’s a lot closer than you think.
Let’s get connected.
