Who I am

I’m here to be your guide, safe space, and biggest cheerleader as you reclaim your wellbeing from the grip of diet culture. My BIG WIN is watching you transform confusion, stress & self-doubt into clarity, peace & lasting confidence.

What makes me real good at this:

I’m a total nerd about biomechanics, functional fitness for real people, our innate ability to eat well when we actually pay attention, and how mindfulness can help us rewire, adapt, and come home to our bodies.

My approach is rooted in science and colored with compassion — I will never forget that you’re a unique human with a beautiful story.

Things I love that shape me:

I’m a coffee snob, but I’ll never turn down a cup of bottomless diner coffee. My 12-year-old mini wiener dog is forever “just a baby.” My favorite ways to move are volleyball, pickleball, funky yoga flows, & dance parties whilst cooking. Gratitude is the foundation of my joy. I found out I was dyslexic at 26, and suddenly... everything sense made.
